I met Joe at Costco in Fountain Valley. I live in Huntington Beach and I must tell you , I can't bb-que anything with out your sauce. It is the best. I am a strict low carber for health reasons and was introduced to your sugar free BBQ sauce. All I can say is WOW!!! Finally!! I'm African American and have been really disapoointed with the sugar free BBQ sauces that have been on the market. I thought I'd never taste the real thing again...until you came along. I have passed your website on to multiple people and wil also post it on the low carb forum that I belong to. Hold on to your hat, low carbers are loyal as hell and will keep buying your product as long as you keep the quality and taste and keep it sugar free. You've done all three!!
Low carbers hate it when companies start trying to sneak in questionable ingredients that we know are not particularly low carb. Would you also consider a sugar free beef jerky??? Dear Joe,

I met you while I was shopping at Costco with my brother and nephew. We spent quite a long time together and you gave me careful instructions on your recipes for ribs and Po’ Boys. Well I took my supplies home and made the ribs just as instructed. There were 6 of us that night aged 10 – 48. The consensus was that those were the best ribs we had ever eaten. I spread the word about your sauce and your recipe to several people. Your sauce was a hit in San Jose, Costco has been sold out since you were here. I was going to send some back east with my brother, but no go. I’ve been trying to scare some up for my trip to Iowa tomorrow. I’m happy to say that I used your website to locate some at a small store in Santa Cruz. I’m going to go there tonight and pack it for the trip. There’ll be 20 people at the party I’m making them for this time. The Po’ Boys were a great hit too. I’ve used the sauce on ribs, pork tenderloin, chicken and tri-tip. It’s really a keeper.

I have contacted Costco about your original sauce. It is by far the best commercial sauce I've tasted in my 59 years. Guests tell me my chicken is fantastic since I started using S.J. sauce. If I had opened the bottle shortly after I brought it home I would have went back to Costco and purchased 3 or 4 cases so I would have a supply. The other bbq sauces Costco carries don't come close to your sauce in taste. Your sauce is some of the best I've tasted period, home made or commercial. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to convince Costco to carry your sauce on a full time bases. In the mean time let me know when your going to be at a Costco in the east bay.

I met you at a Sacramento Costco and didn't realize how much you were going to change the way I thought about BBQ! I absolutely loved your SMOKIN BBQ sauce and have raved about it to every one.

I slow cooked some baby backs, added your sauce, brought them into the office - what a hit!! I gave away the rest of a 1/2 gallon size I bought at costco to a friend. When I went back to Costco, they were out and I was beside myself. After I realized I couldn't buy this great sauce anywhere around town, I didn't know what i was going to do.

Using your store locator, I saw that you had a store in Elk Grove... I was grateful and bought 4 jars with my friend to tide me over. I was wondering if there was any chance for another location in town that might distribute the larger size container. Please inform, if you get a chance.

I met Smokin Joe Jones at a Costco store in San Diego, CA and decided to try the 1/2 gallon original BBQ sauce. I was surprised when he told me I could marinate in the sauce overnite without burning my ribs. He was right and my family said they were the best ribs ever. (I get credit for the
rub!) I also used the sauce on chicken thighs, which included my rub, at a family gathering and my mother-in-law said it was the best chicken she had ever eaten (she is 70 and loves to BBQ herself, so this was a real compliment). Thanks for your reply! I've looked for your sauce at Costco Fountain Valley (where I originally tasted it at a vendor booth) but haven't seen it. Then I forgot the product name. Other sauces are totally inferior. Finally, I googled for barbecue sauces in San Diego, CA and voila--there you were
