Shipping/Returns
All products will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most packages shipped by UPS Ground arrive between 3 and 5 business days
Return Policy-
Before returning any item, you must notify us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA)Number. Any product damaged in shipping must be reported within 3 business days. Please include your name, confirmation/order number and a day time phone number to 1-888-501-4227. BBQ grill tools and accessories must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Only unopened containers and packages of barbeque sauce, jerky or cooked meats will be accepted for replacement or credit. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise amount only. No refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Since we are a retailer of the products in this store only manufacturers warranty apply. Read the warranty information carefully.
